Rent a property
Registration
A £450 plus VAT Registration Fee will be required for a 3 months contractual period.
Rental Success Fee
One month's rent plus VAT.
Purchase a property
Registration
A £1,200 plus VAT Registration Fee will be required for a 12 months contractual period. This fee is deductible from the success fee.
Purchase Success
Fee: 1.5% + plus VAT of the purchase price or 12% of the saving between the Asking Price and the Purchase Price, whichever is greater.
Furnishing
We charge transparently for the selection and coordination of purchasing furnishings for your London home. The service fee per room starts from £1,350 (including a 15% rebate for follow-on business when combined with our rent or purchase services).
Most clients opt for a package fee, which covers furnishing the entire house, including bedrooms, sitting rooms, dining areas, kitchen, and bathrooms.
For a typical 3-bedroom house, the fee ranges from £5,000 for essentials only (essential furniture for sleeping, sitting, and dining) to £10,000 for a comprehensive outfitting (fully decorated, including curtains, decoration, china, and kitchenware). The net cost to the client is significantly reduced—often around half the service fees—as we share trade discounts. Please ask us for a specific offer tailored to your project and needs.
Our service fees exclude VAT and cover the research, selection, order, delivery and set up coordination and also liaising with suppliers. The cost of the furnishings themselves will be charged directly from the supplier to the client and is not included in our fees.
Project Management
Fees depend on client requirements and scope of work: For smaller projects the hourly fee is typically £185 plus VAT, Please contact us for pricing options.
